BE BREAST AWARE - BREAST CANCER IS THE MOST COMMON CANCER IN WOMEN.-

Once breast cancer has spread beyond the breast (stage IV), the average survival is less than four years. So it’s extremely important to detect breast cancer as early as possible.

No one knows your body better than you and everyone will have their own way of touching and looking for changes – there’s no special technique and you don’t need any training. Self breast exams can be performed at any age, however, it is recommended that;

      • Women start performing consistent self exams in their 20s.
      • Women age 40 and older should have a mammogram every year and should continue to do so for as long as they are in good health.

If you know what your breasts look and feel like normally, and you are experiencingbreast pain that is severe or persists, and is not related to the menstrual cycle, along with  any of the following  signs /symptoms such as;

      • Bloody or clear discharge from your nipple
      • A new lump with the onset of the pain; lump does not go away after your menstrual period
      • Persistent, unexplained breast pain
      • Any change in size or shape? For example, one breast become larger or lower than the other.
      •  Puckering or dimpling of the skin of the breast.
      • your  breast may look red or inflamed.
      • One nipple become inverted (turned in) when it normally points out.
      • Any unusual discharge from one or both nipples.
      • swelling under the armpit or the arm.

provider/doctor TODAY.
The best way to fight breast cancer is early detection, whether that be self examination and/or regular mammograms.   .

At long last I discovered something valuable to me. I have been searching for data on this specific point for a ton of time now. I can't accept it is this hard to discover something on the Internet like this. I must be searching for the wrong thing or I don't know how to utilize Google. In any case, much appreciated for making this post accessible to us.
