Sleep Deficiency - Can Lead To Physical and Mental Health Problems

Sleep Deficiency occurs if you don't get enough sleep or if you have a sleeping disorder that prevents you from getting enough sleep. The signs and symptoms of sleep Deficiency may differ between children and adults. Children who are sleep deficient might be overly active and have problems paying attention. They also might misbehave, and their school performance can suffer.

  • Remembering things, 
  • Controlling your emotions and behavior
  • Coping with change..........

Sleep Deficiency is linked to many Chronic Health Problems, including; 
Increase Hypertension, Stroke, Obesity, Kidney Disease, Depression. Sleep Deficiency can lead to Physical and Mental health problems, InjuriesLoss of productivity and even a greater risk of death.

I admit I have a sleep deficiency and I experience some of these symptoms like remembering things, falling asleep at inappropriate times, morning headache and excessive sleepiness during the day. I always feel dizzy and sometimes I lose balance. When I'm at school, I don't get the lesson easily and it's hard for me to study. Physically, I feel weak like my body is heavy, I'm lazy to do things that I want to do. Now I know that lack of sleep can have a really bad effect in our body. Thanks for letting us know the side effects of sleep deficiency.

Many people are suffering to get a good sleep. A good sleep can give good health. People who sleep less can suffering with so many health problems.
